At ReassignMe, our mission is to make teacher transfers simple, fair, and transparent. We connect permanently employed government teachers with others looking to relocate - helping both sides find their ideal match without the stress of resigning.
We go beyond just listing posts, our team facilitates all correspondence between teachers, ensuring you’re matched with the right person and that every connection is legitimate and professionally managed.
This Refund Policy explains our payment terms and refund conditions. By subscribing, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Service Eligibility
ReassignMe services are exclusively for teachers permanently employed by the Government of South Africa.
You are not eligible for the service if you are:

On a temporary, contract, or substitute post.

Employed under an NGO or private institution.
It is your responsibility to confirm eligibility before payment. Once payment is made, no refund will be issued if you do not meet the eligibility requirements.
2. Fees and What’s Included
Our service consists of two payments:
(a) Annual Subscription — R300 per year
Your annual subscription grants you access to:

The ReassignMe member dashboard to view and connect with verified transfer matches.

Full facilitation support, where our team assists with introductions and correspondence between potential transfer partners.

Verified job and transfer listings across provinces.
-
Regular updates and guidance through the transfer process.

Access to the ReassignMe community platform and communication channels.
(b) One-Time Onboarding Fee — R50
This once-off fee covers the administrative work needed to set up your account and verify your details. It includes:

Verification of government employment and permanent status.

Profile setup and activation by our support team.

Assistance with uploading your CV and completing your professional profile.

Inclusion in our transfer matchmaking database.
-
Connection to your provincial network group (e.g., WhatsApp or email).
This process ensures only verified and legitimate teachers are listed and matched.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued under limited conditions. A full or partial refund may be approved if:

You have made a duplicate payment by mistake.

You experience a verified technical issue preventing platform access within 7 business days of onboarding.

You request a refund within 7 days of payment and have not accessed any premium features (match facilitation, listings, or communications).
Refunds will not be issued if:

You are found ineligible (not permanently employed by government).

You do not complete onboarding or submit required verification documents.

You change your mind after gaining access.
-
You have already been matched, introduced, or contacted by a facilitator.

You have accessed member features or listings.
-
The transfer process takes longer than expected.
Please note: TeacherXchange does not control the final approval timeline of the Department of Education or school governing bodies.
4. Transfer Disclaimer
ReassignMe is a facilitation and connection platform, not a government body or employer.
We assist teachers in finding potential transfer partners and facilitate introductions, but final approvals and relocations remain at the discretion of the Department of Education and the respective schools involved.
We cannot guarantee:

That a match will be found within a specific timeframe.

That a transfer will be approved or completed.
ReassignMe shall not be held responsible for administrative delays, departmental rejections, or outcomes beyond our control.
5. Technical Issues
In the rare event that technical issues prevent access to your account, our team will work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Refunds for such cases will only be considered if the issue persists for more than 10 consecutive business days and is verified as a platform fault.
6. Refund Process
To request a refund, email info@reassignme.com within the stated period. Include:

Eligible refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.
7. Policy Updates
TeacherXchange reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are made indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
