Delete Account

Account Deletion – ReassignMe

ReassignMe respects your right to privacy and control over your personal data. You may delete your ReassignMe account and associated data at any time using one of the methods below.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app (Recommended)

You can delete your account directly from within the ReassignMe mobile app:

  1. Log in to the ReassignMe app

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Select Delete Account

  4. Confirm your request

Once confirmed, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted.

Option 2: Request account deletion by email

If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing us at:

Subject line:
Account Deletion Request – ReassignMe

Please include:

  • The email address associated with your ReassignMe account

  • Your full name (for verification purposes)

What data will be deleted

Upon successful processing of your deletion request, we will permanently delete:

  • Your user account

  • Personal information (name, email address, phone number)

  • Profile data and preferences

  • Messages and interactions

  • Authentication credentials

Data retention

Certain data may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Fraud prevention

  • Legal compliance

  • Security auditing

Any retained data is securely stored and deleted once retention requirements expire.

Processing time

Account deletions initiated within the app are processed immediately.
Email-based deletion requests are processed within 14 business days.
