Welcome to ReassignMe. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ReassignMe mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using ReassignMe, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. About ReassignMe

ReassignMe is a platform designed to help professionals discover and connect with potential transfer opportunities through profile browsing, matching, and messaging features. ReassignMe does not guarantee employment, transfers, or outcomes of any kind.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes

ReassignMe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activity that occurs under your account

You agree not to impersonate another person or provide false information.

4. Profiles and Matching

ReassignMe allows users to:

  • Create professional profiles

  • Browse limited profile information

  • Unlock full profiles and messaging based on access rules

Matches and connections are not guaranteed, and availability depends on other users and system criteria.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and In-App Purchases

ReassignMe offers optional paid features, including but not limited to:

  • Profile unlocks

  • Match access

  • Subscription-based features

All payments are processed securely through the Google Play Store (and Apple App Store where applicable). ReassignMe does not store or process payment card details.

Important:

  • Prices are clearly displayed before purchase

  • All purchases are subject to the store’s refund policies

  • Access to paid features may be limited based on subscription terms or usage limits

6. No Refunds Outside Store Policies

Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled by the respective app store provider. ReassignMe cannot issue refunds directly.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

  • Share misleading, false, or inappropriate content

  • Attempt to bypass access restrictions or payment systems

  • Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Messaging and Communications

Messaging features are provided to facilitate professional connections. ReassignMe is not responsible for user communications and does not verify or endorse user statements.

Users are encouraged to communicate respectfully and safely.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

ReassignMe may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse the platform

  • Your conduct poses a risk to other users or the Service

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReassignMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
